Welcome to the Tropics!

Things here sure are busy! And the best part is, there are only 10 short days left, And I will be the most glowing wife in the world again! (Not that Im not now) I am so proud of Jordan, and all that he has accomplished so far, and all that he is doing for us. I have the best husband in the world! He is about ready to be done of bootcamp. He says things are really slowing down there, and he has alot more time to himself. He called me on Saturday...*sigh* ...he is such a romantic guy... Mom and me are flying up for his graduation next week thursday..And then we are going to stay there in New Jersey for the weekend, and Mom has friends all over the map that she wants to visit. Then on Monday, we fly back to Jacksonville, Georgia, and pick the truck up again, and drive home, and so Jordan will be here for a week, and then he will be flying to Norfolk, Virginia, to start his training in A School. We are going to be able to email eachother, and call on a regular bases so that will be much better already. He only has to be there for three months, and then..the best part..WE are going to finally be together for Good...I am very excited to be setting up my own house, and start our life married together. By then it will be pretty close to our second anniversary...so its just about time to be together! Mom has to work every day this week, but she gets some days off next week, so for now I have the whole house to myself!! And I can quilt, or crochet, or sew, or scrapbook or do whatever I want all day long! I am very excited about that! I started to make our masterbed quilt last night..so I may take pictures of it as it progresses. I am crocheting a baby blanket right now, out of all different colors of yarn, and it is turning out soo cute.. Yesterday I sewed a baby blanket with really "smooshie" material on one side, and flannel with cows, pigs and chicks, on the other side. I tied it with yellow floss and it sure is a cute soft little thing. Out of the material that I had left, I made 4 recieving blankets, so yeah, it kept me busy yesterday. Soon I am going to bake some bread and figure out what to make for supper...its not even lunchtime yet though, so I can wait for a bit I think. There is a television station here that plays music from the 1940's all day long, and I absolutely love the music! It is so cheerful and happy, and fun! I hope ya'll are doing well! Oh and Bek! I finished your scarf! It will be on its way to you shortly! take care all of you, and thankya so much for commenting on my blog! Sure do appreciate it alot!

Yay for my scarf! It'll be so special since you made it for me!
I'm glad that time is getting shorter until Jordan is done - It sounds like you've got alot to keep you busy until then though, which is great! You are always so positive di and that's such an encouragement!

I miss you and am glad to hear that things are still going so well for you!

Much Love!
