Dedicated to Amanda..

Well... thanks to Amanda you are reading this...my dear little sister who said she would not be blogging because it was too boring, now look at her! Writing a book well worth publishing someday!! Today I have been having a really good day! I had a wonderful sleep last night again and Micaiah only woke up once again, I am so glad to be back on that schedule again, and that'll teach me not to eat broccoli while nursing! The poor little guy was so uncomforatable for the past two days, but we have it all out of our system now and are feeling much better. He has been sleeping lots, but thats probably becasue the last couple of days absolutely wore him out. We went for a little walk to the mailbox this afternoon the two of us and while we were there, we met our new little neighbor Aubery who is only 5 days older than Micaiah and has 10 times the amount of hair! So that was fun for us, and we will be getting together soon for playdates and then the other two girls who are expecting in january and may will be able to come along too! Its actually kind of exciting that there are finally some kids starting to show up in the area. This housing spot was only full of married couples until Aubery and Micaiah showed up!We started a new trend!!!Yeah!! Lets see..we are getting ready to start decorating around the house for fall, unfortunatley for us, we dont get the beauty of the maritimes around here..the leaves are green and then they are the color of dead brown and then they fall off...I wish they would turn oranges and reds and gold and yellows, but brown is OK I guess... Yesterday I was young and now I am old..pfhaahaahaa...just kidding I feel no different but I am sure excited I was a mom by 23! I had a really nice birthday yesterday! Jordans mom is here right now and so I am just getting spoiled! All I feel I am doing lately is relaxing, I almost feel like royalty, she enjoys helping me out and so I am taking advantage of that, once she is gone, Im going to have to do everything myself again! It was such a treat to have Mom and Dad and the kids here too, especially since I havent seen any of them since Matt and Amandas wedding last summer, well except for Dad when he and Pete visited after they got back from their missions trip to the Dominican Republic. Its so nice to see how proud Micaiahs Pake,Beppe, Gramma, and Grampa are to have him as a grandson. Grampa is hoping to be able to see him in a few months, which will be exciting!! Well I think Ill go and have another piece of birthday cake, and make sure I have everything ready for Explorer Girls tonight!! Be sure to thank Amanda for her inspiration! Love Dianna
