51 Days...

Hey Everyone! 51 days left and counting...as usual, but as the days get closer, I can see one more dot of light at the end of the tunnel... So.. today was Caleb's (my brother) 6th birthday! He was qutie excited, he got lots and lots of lego for his birthday and seemed to enjoy playing with them all day lond. Especially with his new lego pirate ship. He drove it back and forth and back and forth through the hallway for most of the day, altering the the masts now and then, shooting out the cannon, he got the rubber cannon stuck in the streamers at one point.. he said "I sure have good aim don't I?!" And at another point he had all three sails built ontop of eachother and they were taller than him when he sat beside it He thought that was pretty cool. We went out for supper tonight with the whole family, which is a rare treat. We went to Pizza Delight, but only because Pizza Hut, ceased to exist on its premises..the bulding was flat as a pancake. I have no idea why but they did knock it down to build something else there though. After we went out to eat Mom and me went to the Fabric Store in town and found that the material was on sale. Buy one meter at regular price, get two meters free. It was great.. so I got some lovely...lively yellow fabric which I am going to use for curtains. I bought ten meters of it for $10.00. It was a dollar a meter. Good Deal huh! thats what I thought too! Oh yeah, before we went out to eat mom and me and my littlest sister Damaris,(who is actually 7 going on 15 ..too many older sisters!) went grocery shopping, I love grocery shopping, most of the time. When we got home we all quickly put the groceries away and then I finished making Caleb his chocolatey chocolate birthdaycake. I was going to say it was really good, except that it just occured to me that i didn't even have a piece yet.. hmm, well everyone else said it was good so you'll just have to take their word over mine. Well that was pretty much my day in a nutshell, but I will happily have more to report again tommorow, because tommorow is another day...
