Yesterday Jordan and me adopted our first family member. Meet Mylo. Mylo is about a year old, and so far is the sweetest cat ever. We went to an animal shelter S.O.C.K.S (save our cats and kittens) and thats where we first met Mylo. We entered in and he greeted us at the door. There was definetly no shortage of cats there, there were over 70. It was so hard to pick, but in the end Mylo managed to wiggle his way into my heart, and I sure am glad. He is so sweet. He was brought to the shelter last week by an eighty year old Polish lady, who saw some kids putting a cat into a garbage bag and suffocating him, she shooed the kids away, and saved him. He went to the shelter, and was named Bruce by the people there, but once I saw him, I knew he was a Mylo. So thats that little guys life story. I am very happy that he has a home with us.
In other news, lets see, Jordan is leaving tommorow for Norfolk, Virginia, for A-School (Academy) Dad and me are going to bring him to the airport tommorow afternoon, and then sometime at the end of this month or the middle of next month,I am going to go up and visit him. I am going to miss him, but this is the last time (that I know of) that we are going to say goodbye at an airport for over 2 months. So in a sense its like a light at the end of the tunnel. I am very excited to be finally living together forever in a couple of short months. And until then I am gonig to keep myself very busy and stay focused on the Lord.

I tried to start my own blog because i liked yours so much. but i cant figure it out.. so so much for that idea. Your cat looks pretty cute, i hope you have a good couple of months..you can do it!:D

glad you have started your family!! A little bit more company for you while Jordan is gone, hopefully for the last time hhaha, will be great!! Although Im not a huge cat fan I think yours looks sweet, like it wouldn't be moody!! and its so cute that that 90 year old lady rescued him!! I love that!! I can just see her hitting those kids with her oversize purse filled with kleenex and scratch lotto tickets... hmm I need to get out more!!
I hope you time with Jordan was fantastic which I know it was, and I am praying for you both!
