The Heat! I cant take the Heat!

Today I am writing from the semi-comfort of my own home..its way too hot today! Im thinking that maybe air conditioning might be a good thing afterall.... Life has been grand since my last entry. I booked some plane tickets to go home in three weeks, I will be flying back north on the 8th and will be back here on the 23rd. Amanda and Matt are getting married on the 11th of August, and after that the whole Nieuwhof clan will be going on vacation for a week to Nova Scotia I think..somwheres. But I am pretty stoked about going back again, and being in some nice comforatable heat, instead of this insane heat here. Well I thought that an address would be appropriate for this blog so you could write me letters to put in the mail if you wanted to 1450B Delaware Avenue, Cape May, New Jersey, 08204, USA. That way I wont look like such a dork, traipsing over to my mailbox everyday and getting nothing. Well sometimes Bill does like to sit in my mailbox..but that is sooo not exciting! (hahahahaha!!! that one was for you Mom!) Lets see, Jordan is keeping busy with work, and his side job cutting grass for Bob. He mowed our lawn the other day because it was getting a little lengthy, and because I didnt want the birds getting lost...well OK so it wasnt quite that bad..but still. I have a little bunny rabbit that likes to hop though the front lawn...he looks so scrawny and hungry. So I decided he needed a little fattening up, so I threw some carrots out at him, but I think he thought I was going to hit him with the carrotts so he bolted out of the lawn..I havent seen the little guy since, and I also think that the carrots are still in the lawn, but I bet they are really limp and shriveled from the antagonising heat of the sun beating down on their once crisp little bodies...maybe the bunny will come back, who knows...yesterday I met the first person around here to say hi to me. She is my very next door neighbor in house C, and her name is Shelly..She seems like a very nice person, and invited me to come over at any time...so I think I might take her up on her offer. She is about the same age as me I think..I didnt ask her yet..but when I do you ll be the first to know! Well its really too hot to sit here...so I am going to find a dark cold place to sit, and organize pi
