A Day Out...

I really have no idea where my time is going...It seems like only a couple of hours ago I was sitting in this chair yesterday morning and writing my next blog. Its 8:00 and I have Xavier in bed already, he was kind of fussy through the night, but I think that has something to do with the fact that he is teething.. poor little guy. So now I will write a quick update and be off to cleaning this chaos up all over again...where in the world does all this mess come from anyways??? Yesterday afternoon, Xavier and I went for a drive up to church , because some people were simply dying to meet him. So we went to the nursery where Laurie teaches some of the kids (from the homeschool co-op) and put Xavier down on the floor by all the wooden blocks. While he drooled all over them, I was visiting with Laurie, and it was nice. Xavier is such a hard baby not to fall in love with, and his smiles and giggles are irresistable. Everyone that met him yesterday is falling in love with him very quickly. We came back home after a bit, and I put Xavier down for a much needed nap, and then I talked the rest of the afternoon away with Jordans Mom. I couldnt avoid her any long :0) SO we talked for a good hour, then Xavier woke up and then we had to go pick Jordan up form work. I actually made supper last night too, and Jordan filed our taxes, and after Xavier was in bed, we watched some CSI Miami, and then Survivor.. which I think by the way is going to be a very interesting game this season, especially with the fact that there are two immunity idols, and my guess is that there is one hidden at each camp, and nothing on Exile Island...but thats just my opinion. After that Jordan watched CSI Las Vegas, and I watched the first part, and then fell asleep on his shoulder. He woke me up at the end, and we went to bed, and I was up again at 11:30 with Xavier and fed him a bottle. Well I had better get going before the natives get restless and wake up....

Hyland brand Teething Tablets are the best! Look for them at drugstores or a health food store (they're naturopathic). Much better than Anbesol and the like for getting fussy teething babies back to sleep.

Glad to hear all is going well. Xavier sounds like a real sweetie.

Love to you all!
