Week 12...

So, its been a bit of time since I updated...no news for the most part is good news I guess... Xavier is doing so much better now that we have a routine, a schedule, and a little better understanding of eachother..Knowing which of his cry is which, knowing when to give in, and knowing when to just let him cry. I must say though he has really improved alot since the last time I updated, and he has also not been crying near as much as when he came here first. Last night it was warm enough out to go for a walk, so we went for a walk to the pond where the geese were, and then walked around and back home again. He loves being in the stroller and didnt make a peep while he was in there for like the whole hour. lets see I have also been battling a ridiculous cold that I cannot seem to shake for the life of me! So yesterday I called the doctor and made an appointment for friday, but ofcourse today my nose is barely running! Go figure..that always seems to happen! Next time Ill remember that when I get sick to call the doctor right away so that Ill be better faster! we are already in Week 12 of the pregnancy. This week his vocal cords are forming, his eyes are beginning to move closer together, his ears shift to the normal place on his head, his liver is beginning to function, and the pancreas begins to form insulin. The babys average size in my tummy this weeks is incredibly 2.13 " (5.4 cm) and weights approximately 0.49 onuce (14 grams) awwww..... Im so excited! I cant wait to meet the baby!!!
